      Bei meiner mündlichen Prüfung war nur Prof. Mu anwesend und Pro. Schibli abwesend, während Prof. Krämer das Protokoll schrieb.
      Prof. Mu asked me to explain the different types of decay (alpha, beta-,beta+, EC and IT) for each type I also had to give an example of a radioactive isotope. And if they were used for diagnostics or therapy, I also explained the difference between SPECT and PET and which one needs a collimator and how it works. She then asked me to draw up the differences between the radiotracers used with SPECT in the cardiology (Tl+ and Tc-Sestamibi and Tc-Tetrofosmin). I had to fill in the table that is also in the slides: Chemistry, Uptake mechanism, Half-life, Availability, Photo energy, decay mode, extraction fraction, myocardial washout.
