Question 1:
a-b)Draw the process of cellular extravasation, label all the steps and molecules that take part into it (Rolling, Adhesion,...).
c) What determines which kind of cells travel to a specific site?

Question 2:
Explain the peptide origin and mechanism of loading on the following molecules:
a) MHC I
b) MHC II
c) There is an exception of the rule, explain what it is and its relevance. (Cross-presentation)
d) What kind of cells express MHC I? What type express MHC II?

Question 3 was a table that asked to write the different type of Th cells (Th1, Th2, Th17,...) and one T c cell, their cytokines, what pathogens they fight and which mechanisms they lead (1-2 examples).

Question 4: I don't remember it fully, it was about NK cells, what kind of receptors they have, how do they kill cells and what's the difference between NK killing and Tc killing.

Question 5:
a) What is cyclosporine A? What is it used for?
b) What's its mechanism of action?
c) Name two other molecules that can be applied for the same therapy.

1. Frage: Verpackungstypen (primär, sekundär, tertiär) ich habe die erklärt und ein paar beispiele genannt. Dann Frage über Verpackungstypen für orale, flüssige und parenterale Arzneimittel erklären.
2. Frage: Unterschiede zwischen Reinraum und Isolator, dann hat er mir die Vorteile und Nachteile von beiden gefragt, und dann was man machen kann, umzu beweisen, dass diese Räume gut sterilisiert sind.
