A:I said that each individual has different MHC and this will lead to the immune response after transplant
Q:She than asked me what kinds of MHC there are
A:I didn’t get it(I told her there are different kinds of HLA genes but I can’t list all of them)then she said it’s MHC1&2 lol
Q:Next she asked me which MHC induce which cell(CD4&CD8)and which MHC express by which cell(MHC1 express on all the cells but not only APC）

A:Then I talked about what minor histocompatibility is
I said each individual has different amino acid sequences which lead to slight differences among each individual’s protein sequence
And thus in transplantation, even though they do the MHC matching in advance, there might happen immune response due to the recognition of those proteins with different amino acid sequences
(She also asked one more question at the end but I didn’t really get it and forgot what is it now lol

I’m a bit confused about the target part(I said tumor&tumor associated antigen, it’s correct but not what he want)in the beginning

ACHTUNG: Schibli ist super gemütlich und einfacher zu verstehen als Mu.
Ich habe die Frage mit dem Molekülmodifizieren nicht verstanden, erst als Schibli mir eine Reaktionsgleichung geschrieben hat, habe ich ihre Frage verstanden.

Super lustig mit ihnen zwei, auch wenn ich einbisschen ängstlich war.
Mu und Schibli haben nur die besten Absichten, auch wenn es gemein wirken kann.

Glaube nicht dass diese Frage dieses Semester wiederholt wird (Mu hat meinen Namen auf Blatt mit molekül geschrieben)
Schibli war sehr zuversichtlich als ich den Raum verlassen habe.

Szenario: Angenommen ich sei Verantwortlich in einem Grossunternehmen, wie kann ich alle Freigaben überprüfen? Meine Antwort war, dass wenn ich in einer Kaderposition bin und ein Grossunternehmen führe, dass ich AbteilungsleiterInnen habe, die qualifiziert sind um freizugeben.


Szenario: Firma möchte neue Tablette produzieren mit unterschiedlicher Dosierung und gleichbleibenden Qualitäten. Was muss gemacht werden bevor Produktion gestartet wird? (Validierungen schon vorhanden) - Ich glaube er wollte hören, dass alle Validierungen verfallen, da der Prozess verändert wurde, daher von der Behörde neu validiert werden muss. Er wollte etwas anders noch hören, ich wusste nicht genau was, weil er gesagt hat, alle Analysen usw. wurden bereits gemacht sowie auch Mitarbeiterschulung. Und er hat gefragt, welche Dokumente die Behörde benötigt (?)
